Jeffrey’s interest in hypnosis began in childhood after discovering a book his parents had brought home. That early fascination stayed with him through college, where he studied subjects connected to psychology and philosophy.
He considered a conventional therapy path, but felt more drawn to complementary, holistic approaches. That direction eventually led to professional certifications in hypnosis, medical hypnotherapy, NLP, life coaching, cognitive behavioral methods, and autoimmune hypnosis.

Anxiety-related concerns can be connected to deeper patterns, memories, or experiences. Jeffrey brings decades of experience to each session and teaches practical methods he also uses in his own life whenever anxiety appears.

Important: Hypnosis and NLP services are complementary and are not a substitute for medical or mental health diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
A foundation built through learning and experience.
After military service, Jeffrey began college at Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky. He later transferred to Clarion University of Pennsylvania, earning a B.A. degree with studies in Philosophy and Psychology.
At Clarion he received foundational training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He began working with clients in 1992 after earning certification in hypnosis from the Hypnotism Society of Pennsylvania, and has continued adding specialized training throughout his career.
He also credits life itself—the “School of Hard Knocks”—with teaching some of his most valuable lessons.

A relaxed setting for focused, private work.
In-person sessions are provided in the calm and comfortable setting of Jeffrey’s home office in East Brady, Pennsylvania. The space offers easy access, off-street parking, and a private waiting area.
For people outside the local area, sessions can also be provided remotely through Google Meet. Remote services are limited to clients within the continental United States.
