How I help

When anxiety starts running the day

Anxiety can show up in the mind, body, and everyday choices. I have experienced it myself, so I understand how disruptive it can feel. Sessions focus on the patterns affecting you most and practical skills you can use between visits.

Symptoms such as chest pain, breathing difficulty, or dizziness can have medical causes. Seek prompt medical care for new, severe, or unexplained symptoms.

Persistent worry
Panic responses

A mind–body approach

Practical tools for meaningful change

Thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and behavior influence one another. The work is tailored to help you notice those connections and respond with greater choice.

01

Understand the pattern

Begin by identifying the situations, memories, beliefs, and body signals connected to your concern.

02

Change your response

Use guided hypnosis, NLP, visualization, and other appropriate techniques to create a calmer response.

03

Practice with confidence

Leave with simple techniques you can use on your own to reinforce progress in everyday life.

What it feels like: hypnosis is a relaxed, focused state—not sleep and not loss of control. You remain aware and able to stop at any time.

Understanding the process can make the first step feel much easier. If your question is not here, call for a no-pressure conversation.

Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and relaxation. It can make it easier to explore patterns, consider helpful suggestions, and mentally rehearse new responses. You remain aware and in control throughout the process.

There is no standard number because goals and circumstances differ. The first session helps clarify the pattern and develop a plan. Most clients attend a focused series of sessions rather than open-ended, long-term work.
